New Zealand FAQ's
Q1: There are only a few teams pinned on the map. Do you have other teams or sewers in other places?
A1: Yes we do. We have groups in a lot of areas and we also have individuals who sew for us but aren't part of a group. If you email us we will see if there is someone in your area who you could meet up with. If we don't have someone near you we can send you pre-cut fabric to sew, along with some part made items so you can see the process of making them.
Q2: Where do I buy PUL from?
A2: You can buy it online from Greenbeans. Alternatively we can provide it to you pre-cut as we have a die cutter here. We can also cut your fabric for you, both standard and postpartum size.
Q3: I am involved in our local koha shed. We wondered if you could provide kits for us to give to women?
A3: Yes we would love to. For the NZ kits we just put in 2 shields, 8 liners (12 for heavy-flow kits) and 2 plastic bags, all in a drawstring bag. If you email us your address and how many you would like we will get them to you.
Q4: I would like to donate some money. How do I go about this?
A4: If you email us we can give you our bank account information or you could donate through our Give a Little page (https://givealittle.co.nz/org/daysforgirlsnz).
