WHAT:          

Black lights. Glow paint. Your workout of choice,  changing the world. This is a glow-in-the-dark workout  that goes far beyond the mat. 

 

WHO:            

Days for Girls helps women and girls get in the flow by providing sustainable feminine hygiene solutions in over 100 countries. Hygiene solutions are a simple way to make a huge difference, by keeping girls in school and helping women stay at work, ensuring they can pursue opportunities they would otherwise miss out on.

 

HOW:             

Find an Event on our map and register online through individual studios. Recommended donation is determined by studio but generally $10-$20

Wear neon, bring your friends. We’ll have glow sticks and paint available at the door.
